This is a legal agreement between you (the end user) and Eztyping.in ("Eztyping") that governs your use of the Eztyping software.

Who can use this software?

This software is for your individual use only. You cannot share it with others.

What do you need to agree to?

To use the Eztyping software, you must agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all versions of the software.

What are you not allowed to do?

You cannot resell, repackage, or redistribute the software for any reason.
You cannot use the software without permission from Eztyping.in

Activation Period and Renewal

The activation period is the amount of time you can use the software. We provide the software for the activation period only.
The software will stop working once the activation period expires. You will need to renew your User ID by purchasing the software again.
Support is not available for users with expired User IDs.

What does "Activation" mean?

The term "Activation" is used throughout this agreement and refers to the same thing. It is the process that allows you to use the software.

Keeping your Activation Code Private

You cannot share your activation code (User ID) with anyone else. They must purchase their own code from Eztyping.in

Using the Software Content

The typing paragraphs, exercises, images, and notes included in the software are for your personal use only. You cannot use them for any other purpose.

About the Typing Tests

The Eztyping software is based on past-year typing tests used in various examinations.
The difficulty level, passage type, weighting of typing marks, and number of tests may differ from actual exams conducted by recruitment authorities.
The test passages and assessments provided are based on memory and are hypothetical. Eztyping does not claim to be authorized by any recruitment organization, department, commission, etc.

Contact Information We Collect

We may collect your name, user ID, mobile number, city, payment, and billing information. This may include your billing name, address, and payment method when you purchase a product.

We NEVER collect your credit card number, expiry date, or other credit card details on our website.
Credit card information is obtained and processed by our secure online payment partner, Razorpay.

We collect information in the following ways:

Directly from you when you register for an event, purchase tickets, post a comment on our website, or contact us by phone or email.
Passively through tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, browser cookies, and web beacons to collect information about your website usage.
